MC75I

TC65I
The Java Virtual Machine based on TC65i makes it a highly efficient module on an open platform. The powerful Java™ platform, preinstalled and configured, runs on embedded hardware such as ARM9 processor and memory. The TC65i module is enhanced with a platform-and-processor combination combined with GPRS technologies, TCP/IP stack, and a range of industrial interfaces such as SPI, I2C bus, AD/DA converter and GPIO to speed up time to market and reduce development costs.
TC63I
TC63i module with GPRS Class 12 functionality and integrated TCP/IP stack, but without the built-in developer software platform. This makes it an ideal choice for M2M solutions that use their own microcontroller and only require a high-performance wireless connection.
EGS3
EGS3 is a GSM module of a new series made in a form factor for LGA type mounting. EGS3 is one of the most compact modules in the world, has an expanded set of functions, such as an integrated TCP/IP stack, serial and USB ports, SPI and I2C interfaces.

EGS5 is a compact GSM module of the new series that supports downloading applications written in Java, made on the basis of one of the most modern ARM processors in the architecture. The EGS5 module has advanced functionality, GPRS Class 12, integrated TCP/IP stack, as well as a number of industrial interfaces, such as: SPI, I2C, USB, AD/DA converter, and GPIO.
